Your order status will be completed only after we receive your payment and deliver your ordered items. Items that are added to any cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers. 

You can only return or exchange your purchased items if they are defective or flawed or incorrect caused by us. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of those items. In case they are out of order, here are your options:

1. Return the items to us, we will provide a full refund and delivery cost to you after we receive our items back.
2. Choose other items that price equal to your purchased items, or an item that has a higher price and pay for an additional cost.

Please ensure while returning the items that the packaging is intact the way it was delivered including the price tag and theirs attached. If not, we have reserved the right to deny and return those items back to you. We would not refund items returned to us due to unaccepted/undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Littlefriendworld in advance.

The price of an item showed on the website includes VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller but not includes delivery/shipping cost. Additionally, prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The products available on the website are for retail sales, intended for end-user consumption and are in no way available for resale.

Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.

We may not run the same promotion between our website and our offline store so you may find that products can be priced differently depending on where you shop.

Any vouchers/coupons/gift cards/ Member cards/Privilege Points found to be fake, copied, used by any persons other than the person it was originally issued to, or used in a way that it was not indented to be used, can and will be refused, cancelled, or removed.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel or limit any promotion or offer without notice.

Terms and Conditions for promo codes, discount codes and cash codes may vary for each promotion, please check the terms and conditions carefully before making a payment.

Unfortunately, we do not have Cash On Delivery service.

We do not charge any fees when payments are made by credit card or debit card. Your bank or credit card/debit card company may add transaction fees, and we do not take responsibility for any extra charges from your bank or credit card/debit card company. Your local currency rate is set by your bank. All card transactions are made safely and account details encrypted. 

Please ensure the address you enter is correct and complete, as you won’t receive your order unless your address is accurate.

Your order will be sent out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of every week by Alpha Express, Kerry Express, or Thai Post EMS. You may receive your order early or it may be delayed especially during sales or promotions time. If your order arrival has been late for more than 2 days, please inform us. We will follow up and fix it as soon as possible.

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site you will need to register an account. When register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.
